Delphine Forma is an experienced compliance officer who worked across different countries and industries including large banks in the U.K. such as Bank of Tokyo – Mitsubishi UFJ and HSBC Bank plc., and blockchain/crypto businesses (exchanges and miners) in Switzerland. She holds a diploma from Sciences Po Lyon, and two master’s degrees specialized in European Criminal Business Law and Frauds and Money Laundering Prevention. Delphine is a Board member of the OpenVASP Association (a non-profit association formed to develop a protocol and standards to allow virtual assets providers and others to comply with the Financial Action Task Force's "travel rule" requiring identifying information for parties involved in transfer of Digital Assets) and has served has a Board Member of the Crypto Valley Association. Delphine is passionate about crypto and all blockchain things.

Kristin Peck is Chief Executive Officer and serves on the Board of Zoetis, the world’s leading animal health company and a member of the Fortune 500. Before joining Zoetis, Ms. Peck served as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Business Development and Innovation, at Pfizer Inc. and as a member of Pfizer's Executive Leadership Team. Earlier in her career, Ms. Peck held roles at Boston Consulting Group, as well as in private equity and real estate finance at The Prudential Realty Group, The O'Connor Group and J.P. Morgan.
Ms. Peck serves on the boards of BlackRock (NYSE: BLK), Mayo Clinic, and Business Roundtable.
She earned a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Marc is a Partner at J A Kemp. He is a European and UK Patent Attorney and Litigator with a wealth of experience in the biotechnology and life sciences fields. Marc has experience of drafting and prosecution of patent applications in both a domestic and international capacity and he has been involved in numerous cases before the Opposition Divisions and the Technical Boards of Appeal at the European Patent Office. Marc additionally provides patent validity and infringement opinions as well as freedom-to-operate advice. Marc’s clients range from start-ups to SMEs and multinational corporations, based primarily in the USA, UK and continental Europe.
