Magnus Östberg
Magnus Östberg is the Chief Software Officer (CSO) at Mercedes-Benz, where he spearheads the development and implementation of the MB.OS vehicle operating system. Born in Sweden, Östberg holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and an Executive MBA from the University of Gothenburg. With a career deeply rooted in automotive software, Östberg brings extensive experience from leadership roles at Mecel, Delphi, and Aptiv. His expertise spans vehicle software, infotainment, telematics, and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). Notably, at Aptiv, he was instrumental in the development and launch of the ADAS Satellite Architecture for multiple automotive manufacturers.

Forrest Norrod
Forrest Norrod is executive vice president and general manager of the Data Center Solutions Business Group at AMD. In this role, he is responsible for managing all aspects of strategy, business management and engineering for AMD data center products. Norrod has more than 30 years of technology industry experience across a number of engineering and business management roles at both the chip and system level.
Norrod was previously vice president and general manager of the Server Business at Dell from December 2009 to October 2014. He joined Dell as CTO of Client Products in August 2000, and held multiple engineering and management roles during his tenure.
Prior to Dell, Norrod worked at Cyrix Corp from 1993 to 1997 and led the integrated x86 CPU businesses at National Semiconductor from 1997 to 2000.
Norrod is a member of Intuit’s board of directors, a leading provider of financial tools for individuals and small businesses.
Norrod earned his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech and holds 11 US patents in computer architecture, graphics and system design.

Ramin Hasani
Ramin Hasani is the Co-founder and CEO of Liquid AI and a machine learning Scientist at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (CSAIL), Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
Previously, he was jointly appointed as a Principal AI and Machine Learning Scientist at the Vanguard Group and a Research Affiliate at CSAIL MIT. Ramin’s research focuses on robust deep learning and decision-making in complex dynamical systems. Prior to that, he was a Postdoctoral Associate at CSAIL MIT, leading research on modeling intelligence and sequential decision-making, with Prof. Daniela Rus.
He received his Ph.D. degree with distinction in Computer Science from the Vienna University of Technology (TU Wien), Austria (May 2020). His Ph.D. dissertation and continued research on Liquid Neural Networks got recognized internationally with numerous nominations and awards such as TÜV Austria Dissertation Award nomination in 2020, and HPC Innovation Excellence Award in 2022. He is a frequent TEDx Speaker.

Jeff Hart
Jeff is one of McKinsey’s leading thinkers on bringing artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve core commercial sales and operations processes for core industrial clients, including those in chemicals, energy, and metals and mining.
A key partner with QuantumBlack, Jeff oversaw the development of our proprietary B2B commercial analytics platform that converted McKinsey’s best thinking on sales and pricing into reusable software that any B2B client can use.
Examples of Jeff’s recent work include the following:
- standing up a commercial analytics center of excellence that leverages machine learning to recommend prices and includes new processes and training programs. This new capability is on track to deliver more than $200 million in additional margin for a petrochemical company
- supporting development of a digital factory, including operating model and skill building, for a midstream oil and gas company; the first product focused on identifying data issues and increasing uptime on critical assets
- partnering with a sports team on an analytics transformation to fully embed its use of technology and advanced analytics
Outside of McKinsey, Jeff is a board member for Combined Arms, a not for profit focused on improving the effectiveness of organizations that provide support to military veterans and their families.
